McDonald's

This was one of my best McDonald's experience so far. I'm not great with French but the women here took there time with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.nThe washrooms were very clean. No food crumbs all over the tables. And the staff greeted me and said goodbye on our way out. I could have something to do with the starting pay offer on the door at $17.50 :. I guess if you pay staff well that would translate to better service.

It's safe to say this is the best McDonald's in Québec. Customer service was as welcoming as always. The food was on point and served in a timely manner.

Friendly and efficient staff. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and larger e.g. need to add a second stall to men's room for the volume of people using it, but all fixtures were functioning properly from experience with many rest stops this is often not the case. Plenty of self-serve kiosks and a cashier to make ordering fast and easy. Options to sit indoors or outdoors if eating at the restaurant.

The play place is nice for small children, ages 2-4

Chicken nuggets were at least a day old, hard as a rock and cold. My wife’s filet of fish looked like it was thrown on the floor before placed into the box. No ice in our soft drinks. Pretty sure it was because I speak English, even tho I’m bilingual, they could tell it wasn’t my first language. Worst Macdonald’s in Canada. Hands down. When I explained that my french wasn’t the best, the woman working just left and waited for someone else to come take our order.
