Tim Hortons

The staff was extremely rude!!!! She didn't speak English... This is Canada!!!! Get a grip of the rest of the country, like tourists?!!!! She asked for help with translation and the other staff member which appeared to be the manager, she scoffed and laughed and walked away and provided no assistance . How hard is it to translate coffee and BLT bagel??? The line up was long and we quickly realized why. Get rid of the rude staff and manager. There are people that would take their jobs and provide good customer service. We have NEVER experienced such rude and ignorant behavior at any other Tim Hortons. Time to review the security cameras and see what your staff is doing to your business!

Visit here on our way to Montreal. Bit far from trans Canada but worth visiting early in the morning.nnEasy parking. Huge dining space. Not very busy around 6am.nnVery friendly staff. Welcome and serve us well. Fast delivered food and coffee. Newspapers Also available to read. Big collection of Tim Hortons merchandise herennClean toilets and dining hall.

Don't come here they close 45min early staff in the parking lot smoking worst tim Hortons!!!!!!

Staff who took order was polite. She did not understand English but placed the order correctly. Only issue was that even though there supervisor noticed that customer were there to order, she made us wait for 3 4 minutes before telling staff to take order.

Took 30 minutes to get 3 donuts, water and a muffin. By the time we left there were 15 people in line. There was only 1 person managing the front.
