McDonald's

I don't know what is going on with the staff here but all of a sudden they have turned into jerks. Not to mention my last 6 visits, they screwed up my order. It's not a hard order. If I say a plain double hamburger, it means no cheese or anything else. How hard is it to put meat on buns? If it's not this, it's no cool whip on the milk shake but they still always put it on. It's not hard stuff. Get it together guys.

I really did not want to click on any stars because they get no stars. In what world, what employer, what business that is in the fast food service suspend an employee for missing work when they clearly had/have Dr. excuses and orders NOT to go to work with a stomach virus and a contagious strep throat that could contaminate the food and others. Where does this happen at? I tell you where at McDonald's on Lycoming Creek Rd. Williamsport, PA. The managers wanted the employee to come to work like that because other employees go to that place of business and work around the food sick, don't wash their hands, coughing over the food, don't wear hair nets, and vomiting around the food. Proof. That is nasty and I would not allow my DOG to eat there. I am concerned for the health of people and other employees that get sick because of the actions of these managers. The worse place to eat ever!!! My question is, does the higher up does corporate know about this?

Very friendly and polite staff, always accurate with each and every order, and excellent at notifying customers about possible wait times or delays. Always a pleasure doing business at this location!

Great McDonald's! Efficient drive-thru, I use frequently & I have never had a problem with change or order or anything. Nice & clean inside. They do hand the tray without laying it down on the counter, which is annoying, but it is a rule. Management here is very good. All the staff are friendly and courteous.
