McDonald's

Terrible service and extremely displeased with the employees that work there. Upon ordering, the cashier messed up our order. We tried explaining to the cashier that the order was checked in wrong, but she just kept insisting us to check the receipt. We let it go and left with the order they gave us. When I opened my burger it was a big mess and very poorly made. Will not be returning to the McDonald's at this loctation. I wouldn't even give it one star.

It's fast food granted, but it shows how little pride there is in the product when you have to reassemble a burger. I don't imagine it's terribly difficult to make the product look appealing, but time and time again I'm reminded that the assemblers take no thought about the people they're serving. McDonalds may not be a glamorous position, but personal pride equates to doing whatever job you have to the best of your ability. I don't care how busy they get, I challenge the team to FIND a way to stack the burger together NICELY with the ingredients contained within the perimeter of the buns.

Just your average McDonalds. There is a nice large play center here if you have young kids.

High staff turnover rate, low employee retention effects the customer service. It’s the same product you can expect at any one of these franchise chains, without the customer care and service. Best time of year to go to McDonalds is during Timmies roll up the rim. Any size hot coffees for $1.05, can’t beat the taste if/when it’s made fresh. Worth the stop for the coffee in the mornings. Hard to get a reliable outcome for a meal. Good Wifi, decent seating space.

The guy working the till ( who somehow took my order) managed to not say one word to me from the moment I walked up to the counter until I left. Didn't repeat my order back didn't tell me my total. Nothing. But the second he was done he had no problem talking to all the other employees.
