Boston Pizza

We came in first thing on Friday for a Stag & Doe lunch. We were put into a little section off to the side, which was perfect. Drinks came out quick. Food was accurate and excellent. Our server was fantastic and very helpful. Overall it was a great lunch with no issues. Great start of our day.

Went for supper tonight, absolutely fantastic service. Waitress was friendly and made sure to keep checking if we needed anything, never had an empty cup. Food service was quick and cooked amazingly. Great job from everyone involved in every aspect of the service. Definitely will return soon.

Ordered from them off skip and gross!!!!! there was a long blond hair inside the dip. the manager says “i only have philipinos in my kitchen” sure maam. I actually have short black hair so it sure wasn’t mine. I’m so grossed out i threw out the rest of my 80$ order.

I love Boston Pizza. They have a kids menu and huge drink menu. Wing Wednesday is always a hit. The only thing is they always serve old coffee and there is always so many flies. It's always Boston Pizza with the fly issue. Otherwise the servers here are always polite, no matter which server we get.

Honestly, I had the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We arrived and got seated, waited an hour, and still had not received our food. Finally, our daughter’s food came cold and when I asked about mine and my husbands, I was told they were unsure. We waited another 10 mins while others who arrived after us were all getting their food. We ended up having to cancel our order. Only our daughter got to eat her cold food. I will not be back. I’m very disappointed. The only remedy we got for the bad service and our wasted time was $3 off they removed 1 drink from the order. Not good enough, in my opinion. Our waitress was very kind & I liked her a lot; that’s my only good thing to say.
