I just came here 30 mins ago and ordered a BLT sandwhich no egg extra tomato and it has egg in it. I called to complain nobody is answering the phone. Won't be back.nnUpdate: After 8 tries they finally picked up the phone and gave me a code for a free sandwhich and its good for 30 days.

I ordered two smoothies and how they give me, I ask why it less so much they said because of the machine, it doesn’t make sense

Again another McDonald location where the management and staffs rather block access to both Women and Men Toilets and urinal for customers use than cleaning and taking care of it. It’s -50 degrees outside: Some customers and especially homeless people walk miles to get here buy a food/coffee and of course use the bathroom. The lack of humanity is Insane.

Drive thru order for McFlurries, first off they wouldn’t add strawberry like our regular one does…no big deal. Got our McFlurries and they were maybe 1/2 full at best. Told the lady in the window, she rolled her eyes and begrudgingly took them back. Filled them with ice cream only and then couldn’t even bring them back to the window. She handed them off to someone else. I get it, it happens when you’re in a hurry mind you it was not busy when we went, but at least say something and don’t roll your eyes at the customer when they only ask for what they pay for.

Ordered in drive thru and there was no ketchup it was requested and the fries were a little more than half full. I noticed immediately and went directly back in the drive thru. The employee was arguing with a customer in front of us and slamming the drive thru window multiple times. When we got to the window and asked for ketchup we were told they don’t punch it in the system so they will not remember to give ketchup. She also told us not to come back after 10-15 minutes about the fries when we never left the parking lot and went immediately back into drive thru! She would not give more fries and she was very rude.nNever in my life have I seen such a rude customer service employee. I get yelled at for asking for what I paid for?nThis McDonalds should be shut down. The food was disgusting as well.
