In process number was down for some reason. Printer did not work at the self order. In the apple turnovers did not taste good not like they used to

So great!! So much fun and the wings were awesome!! All the other food we got was bland and overall tasteless. Staff were great and everything was done in great time.

My visit to McDonald’s was a mix of warmth and disappointment. The staff’s friendliness was a highlight, offering a pleasant interaction that one would hope to find in every service establishment. However, the limited menu options left me yearning for more variety that McDonald’s is known for. The cleanliness was less than desirable; both the floors and tables held remnants of the day’s rush, needing attention. In the evenings, the experience narrows further as they close off half the store, limiting the space for late-night cravings. Moreover, the pop machine’s reluctance to dispense ice – failing to do so 90% of the time – added a lukewarm touch to my meal. While the staff’s demeanor is commendable, a little polish in maintenance and machine upkeep could elevate the overall dining experience to match the warmth of the service.

My sisters and I were at McDonald's and an employee was being yelled at in front of everyone and by the looks of it the person who was getting yelled at was on there day off. I felt very uncomfortable being there due to what was going on. What happened should of been Delt with in private not infront of the customers.

My sandwiches and fries were fine. I ordered a lemon fruit splash. It smelled like a bottle recycling facility, tasted vinegary, and the colour is darker than any McDonald's lemon fruit splash I've had. It also had dark clumps in it. I didn't realize until it was half drank I was super thirsty, but I highly suspect it has fermented, which is disgusting.nnThey were busy, with only one worker handing out food, which she couldn't keep up with the cooks. Food was piling up in the tray/bagging station. She could have used a second person to help her. I didn't receive a straw or napkins in my to-go bag.nnBoth of these mishaps suggest to me poor management.nnWorst McDonald's experience I've had in over a decade.
