I’ve been visiting this Dairy Queen for a while now, and it’s a pretty solid spot. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and they’ll even bring your food to your table when it’s ready, which is a nice touch.nThe store is generally clean, though there are occasional lapses. There’s usually plenty of seating available, and the place is well-lit, making it a comfortable environment to enjoy your meal. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which is always a plus.nOne of the best things is the deals you can find in the app – there’s always something to save a bit of money on.nOverall, it’s a great place to grab a bite, especially if you appreciate good service and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Just went to the drive thru at DQ and the customer service here has been the best we’ve received at any fast food place all week! It was really refreshing to see people in this industry still care about customer service. So kind, no problems with the order. Everything was great! I highly recommend visiting this location! Very happy!! The ladies there deserve a raise!

Service was great, staff were friendly. I’m just kinda feeling ripped off after I saw how tiny the chicken in the wraps have become. The fact I was charged 3$ for this wrap is kinda insane.

I am a Gramma who came in with 5 grandkids, ages 5-9. I ordered 4 kids chicken fingers and 2 hamburgers. We had been travelling so kids were very rambunctious and I just want to feed them and leave because I felt like we were disruptive. Hamburgers were good but chicken fingers were inedible. None of the four kids ate them. They had to have been sitting and reheated. The coating was so hard they could hardly bite into them. I didn’t realize this until we were done. I didn’t say anything at the time because it was 8 pm and I just wanted to get home. After another 1.5 hrs of diving, kids were hungry because all they ate were their fries and ice cream. That’s when I decided to talk to manager about our experience. He did nothing and said he will tell cook not to leave chicken fingers sitting so long!!! What?! That’s what I’m paying for. Won’t be going back there. We had fries and chicken nuggets at another fast food restaurant and they every single one. Extremely disappointed in Vegreville Dairy Queen!

Took a bit extra time to recieve my blizzard but staff made sure it was made correctly, apologized for the wait and I recieved service with a smile. It's the long weekend and I'm aware I'm not the only patron so I'd say they did a spot on job!
