Boston Pizza

I placed an order to be delivered in town. Was told it would be ready in half hour. Called back an hour after placing the order, provided info on my order. They confirmed my order and said the driver was already on their way. I called back 15mins later. This time I was told the driver just got back and would be packing up the order shortly. I explained my previous phone call and questioned why I was told the driver was on their way when they were not. Was told it could have been a mix up with the order. I reiterated how I provided my order and information on my last call. I was provided an apology and that it would be sent out shortly. Thinking about the situation and the time my order would have been sitting there half an hour to be ready and now nearly an hour after that I called back to cancel the order. I was given an apology and the staff canceled the order. The reason for the negative review is being told the food was on its way and finding out it was not. Had I known, I would have picked up the order at that point. There was no means or offer put forward to retain our patronage by way of an apology as I now have the inconvenience of finding other means for dinner an hour and a half later. We have spent several evenings and meals over the years at this establishment.

Needs a zero, rating- worst I’ve ever seen in any restaurant!nComplete fail across the board.nOrdered food from gluten free choices. After waiting almost one hour while seeing other tables get their food I asked the server if she could find out when our two orders were coming. She didn’t come back at all- another server told us that one of the choices was questionable by the kitchen as to ingredients. In other words, the kitchen staff didn’t question it right away when the order came in so who knows if it was even made! When there’s “ALLERGY” orders it should be flagged so kitchen staffers address any concerns immediately. By this time, we had waited 1.5 hours. I asked for the manager after the server also made it worse by telling me they were short staffed and they had a lot of take out orders. Again, why were the other people who had arrived after we got there almost done supper?nI explained to the manager that we had waited for 1.5 hours and told her the service was unacceptable. My son hadn’t eaten since breakfast and he’s diabetic which made it worse. She apologized for the “small delay” and said the kitchen wasn’t sure about serving the order. I told her it was completely unacceptable and we walked out. Terrible experience, Boston Pizza.

Enjoyed a great afternoon here with some friends. Food and service great.nThank you so much to the manager who checked up on us to make sure everything was as ordered. He deserves a big hug!

Boston lasagna was dried out no sauce very little cheese. Probably the bottom 10% worse lasagna I've ever had and I've had three other people taste it too. Mac and cheese what you expect to come out of a cardboard box and a 6-year-old made it. The service was awesome really good waitress.

Great spot to stop in at. Pizza and wings were great. Service was amazing even with it being slammed that night because of an event going on in town.
