I had breakfast there today. Excellent. Eggs were done perfectly and they had Red Rose tea. None of that no name stuff. Staff was very friendly and service was quick.

Great fast food place! Lettuce wrapped burgers are never soggy. Nice quick place for lunch or dinner.

Food is good pending the cook, or there lack of.  All in all not bad but needs to stay competitive.  Staff is generally good, but does seem a stressful environment to work in.  IMHO

2 stars because the burger was good. Took almost 15 mins to receive the burger that I ordered. Watched people waiting getting very irritated and receiving wrong orders. I guess that’s what $14/hr gets you. Terrible service.

Went to this a&w around 5:30 lastnight.. extremely disappointed. It was not busy at all while waiting in line for about 10 minutes (2 couples waiting for their orders) I noticed they had screwed up they had screwed up these peoples orders. Aswell one customers food was sitting there for a while before he got it. I finally ordered and waited again a while for my food. When I got my burger and fries, my fries were cold and soggy. And my burger (a double patty burger) was one patty and a quarter of another one.. returned it and got another but all in all extremely dissapointed
