McDonald's

Middle of January and the air conditioning is running... Really!! Every one is complaining, even went to complain with no results. Sad commentary for our small town. Maybe this summer they'll run the heat. Customer service here is non existent, shame on you! One star rating is to high.

McDonalds in cassopolis Michigan make sure you dont go between 730am and 830am. You will be late for work. Terrible drive thru service. Awful. Customer service

, I went there and everything was great the food was great the place was clean the People Are Awesome the lady says is there anything else I can do for you I said quit smiling so much she said that's my job to help everybody and please people is just awesome

This location gets the award for Best McDonald's in the Country when the award is LAST PLACE! It is inappropriate for a team member to ever tell a customer something on the order can't be done because they are privately owned. Virtually all McDonald's in the WORLD are privately owned. Order was wrong. Called to talk with owner and told I couldn't. Called McDonald's corporate. Representative of franchisee is to call me back. Several days later they haven't. Very bad experience. I would recommend to anyone contemplating visiting this location to sit down until that feeling goes away. One star is generous!

Worst experience ever I waited 14 minutes for 40 nuggets asked for fresh nuggets and this is what I got super over cooked and nasty. Went in and they said there filters broke. WWhyare you serving food cooked in nasty grease
