McDonald's

Always enjoy eating at McDonalds. Great burger options and always love the fries. Also they have great breakfast and beverage options.

Decent, but they seem to always give me black coffee when I've ordered DD. There was another time they took my payment, and then got upset because I had paid for the wrong order, even though they didn't confirm my order or amount and just took my card. Overall the same thing you can expect at any McDonald's food wise.

Absolute worst experience at a McDonalds...Doesn't help that quality and service has hit an all time low at all McDonald's but this is the worst experience yet. After waiting to get through the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was asked to pull over and park...How is that a drive-thru? Anyway, 6 minutes later I received food...not my food, but somebody's food...So, I go inside and tell inform the drive thru person that I received the wrong order...He briefly tries to tell me it is my fault for parking in the wrong spot(I went where I was instructed)...I cut him off and insisted he give me my proper order...A manager comes over and takes control of the situation and starts getting my order ready. He asks if I received the proper drinks...How would I know, the don't give you straws until you receive the rest of your order...He proceeds to give me new drinks, well not drinks, just cups...Apparently when you are given wrong items in the drive thru and go inside you have to prepare the new items for yourself. After another 10 minutes, I receive my order. He gave me a couple of coupons for free value meals...which doesn't include anything I ever order and is for medium items... I get home, check out my order and it is F**king wrong...You think if they are remaking an order they would have put a priority on it and made it properly... All in all it took almost 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru and get my order made incorrectly and have them ruin my day. Thanks McDonalds...You've out done yourselves. I'd post a picture but I don't think google would approve a big pile of turd.

Mc D's face lift and their new & updated menu items are great improvement. Theyve managed to keep the Big Mac and the rest of their menu tasteing the same. BUT the old Mc D's that we all remember used to be value packed and a fun place to go with our kids, i still have pictures of my kids and Ronald. So heres my questions; Why exactly did McDonald's ditch their icon and the person that made McDonalds what they are today, the red headed happy smiling Ronald McDonald and why did they ditch the concept of a value packed meal? To be blunt, in my opinion, McDonalds prices have changed so drastically that before i stop by for a double Quarter Pounder w cheese meal or a double Big Mac meal for 17 bucks or a steak at the Keg cuz the end dollar amounts are almost the same. Thumbs Down 👎McDonalds.

Window staff the day I went no personality and all I got was what would you like. Is that it. Wow no hello or welcome or thank you it was like I was interrupting her. Very in professional service at the hespeler one. I avoid going to that one as much as possible. This wasn't the first time with this kind of service. Not like the service at Star bucks. I know it's not the same kind of establishment but the service there is fantastic. They should send anyone that is going to be in this type of business to star bucks for training. Rant over
