At the SmartCentres Cambridge's location right now. Middle of a heavy snow fall night. Superbowl is happening. My partner and I called to ask if we could make a reservation. They let us know that the place was empty and that they were going to close in the next 20 minutes, BUT, if we were coming in, they would keep the place open for us, reassuring that they wanted to cook for us. Credit when credit is due, thank you stuff at the Keg for being so kind to us. Much respect, and hope everyone gets home safe.

Always consistently great service and fantastic food! Even if there are any issues, they are quick to fix and will ensure that everything is perfection before leaving the table. Shoutout to Jeremy and Sean!

Altogether it was about 1 ½hours from wait till when we were done. The food was great and service was fantastic. Victoria was our waitresses while we were in the bar. She was great. Friendly and patient. We all need workers like her.

It took 45 minutes to get our meal and when we finally got it both of our steaks were way over cooked. The manager replaced the steaks - no charge. When we finally got our bill they comped both meals apologizing for not only the wait but the quality of the steaks. Excellent service, was very impressed. Great job.

A really slick and well done steak house. Our waiter Sean was one of the best I have ever had. Completely missed the cook on my bone in rib eye however. Was looking for med / rare, got rare / blue rare, but was such a good cut, was still really edible. Great Appies and service. Way better than the Guelph Keg, and worth the drive.
