McDonald's

The staff was really nice. One of them even took some minutes to tell us where we should go to take a break. We went to the beach and he was totally right. Even if it's not related to McDonald's itself, the fact he told us where to go and how much the parking would be... We went there and had a lot of fun! Thanks! Back flipping in the Lake was awesome.

The supervisor Madison on 27th June couldn’t help customer to answer question that relate to McDonald’s menu.nThe only response :”I do not know how to do it.” And the supervisor does not know how to say sorry by responding negative answer to the customer.nnThis is very disappointed and unprofessional as being a Supervisor.nnThe question was:nWhere can I find the code and enter in the McDonald’s app.

I have to say this is by far the best McDonald's in Kingston. I've been to all but not really this one. There was a young lady working the drive through window tonight that had some pink in her hair that provide excellent service. I was astonished when she checked everything in our order before handing it to us to make sure it was all correct. It makes a huge difference and of course everything was correct and well made even this late at night. The other McDonald's in Kingston have a problem with this. But not this one from my experience. It's well worth the extra few minutes of driving for much better service.
