McDonald's

The place needs more assistance upfront. Once I ordered a value meal with a Coke but the machines were down and no further warning was given before I ordered with a Coke. The manager was very nice and helped clean up the front. Needs much better staff in cleaning, but the front door was quite ok. They were nice and gave away free sauce with fries.

We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for a happy meal. This has been happening Every time I go to this specific McDonald's lately. I will be avoiding this one unless I have to.

I have had a lot of problems with this location in the past, but today we went through the drive thru during their lunch hour (usually a very busy time) and the woman taking our order was very polite even though we couldn't make up our mind at first. We got our food right away from the very nice man at the window without having to pull forward even though we have a larger order. Everything in our order was there, fresh, and very good. I don't know what you have changed, but keep it up. Thank you for the great service and food.

When I was making my older she was very mean and upsetting but the food is great there I got a bbq chicken sandwich it was done nice

Waited at front counter and no one was there for about 10 minutes, even yelled hello multiple times as well as a customer sitting down. I left and called up there, I thought maybe lobby was closed and they forgot to lock doors. The manager then said they close at 10pm, I then said where was everyone while I waited and yelled hello over and over, she then said she never left the front which is a lie, so I went in there again since I didn't leave the parking lot And asked why she lied to me, instead of apologizing she started saying I got ur phone number from the caller ID and I will find out who you are, I asked if she was threatening me, she then started to say she was calling the cops I told her I will contact her boss and have them watch the cameras and left, she then followed me out. Stay away from this McDonald's, the Managers are rude and this one in particular looked drugged out.
