McDonald's

Employees are always very nice but any hot beverage I've ever ordered there is never more than room temperature. Drive all the way to Boardman to avoid this location. Could use an update

I have been here on a few occasions and as far as most McDonald's go this one is below average in several categories. I did not notice any issues with the facility and the restroom was clean. I was there during a busy part of the day. I would say the most noticeable problem was the staff. There seemed to be a great deal of animosity between the front line, manager and kitchen staff. Everyone who went inside to order waited to place an order and several minutes to receive food. I ordered a common item to go at it took nearly 15 minutes. A few people who came in after me waited to place an order because the staff was focused on the drive thru. Not a place I would choose to go again.

Dirtiest place I've ever been in- floors were dirty, most tables were dirty (I used my own wipes to clean the table where my family was sitting). Staff was short with us and rude. They seemed to be out of a lot of drink options. I couldn't even use the women's restroom as two stalls had urine all over the toilet and one was clogged. My husband said the men's smelled terrible. When plating our food my husband had to remind them what we ordered. Everything was cold and the nuggets tasted like they sat all day and the small vanilla milkshake we order was melted, my children could not enjoy it. I pray nobody gets sick! If our young children weren't already exhausted,starving, and over an hour away from home we would have gone somewhere else. The building definitely needs some updating as well, there are multiple ceiling tiles leaky and partially hanging. It was also awfully hot in there, not a good way to enjoy a meal!! Perhaps they need a visit from the health department.

Food is basic, but the decor is 1980's. Mcdonalds needsmto rebuild like they did to the east Liverpool location.
