Your regular McDonalds in Sidney! Food was good, regular McDonalds food. We had their Double Cheese Melt, Spicy Habanero McChicken and Quarter Pounder. All of them tasted good. What was surprising is this location was run by 2 employees and there was a good rush. The drive through had cars coming in all the time when we were there, and the staff maintained their calm and composure.nnThe Indian gentleman who took and served our order was amazing, he maintained composure under pressure and was well spoken. This was on Sunday, January 11, 2025. His supervisor was also working hard and maintained her smile all throughout.

Terrible experience this morning. It took them forever to prepare everyone's orders, and they forgot to add Splenda to my latte even though I specifically asked the employee if she had added it, and she said yes. The coffee tasted awful. I've never had such a bad experience at McDonald's before. Wasted my time and money!

So Friday night in the drive through they take an order the car drives up and pays next order isn’t taken until the car that ordered drives away. I watched 6 cars including mine in a row and they did it that way for all of them. I’ve never seen a slower drive through. Food was good no complaints there.

This location is the slowest McDonald's ever. Do not stop there if you need to catch the ferry. We arrived at the drive thru with over 30 minutes to get to the ferry and ended up nearly missing our reservation time. We were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and the had to wait for our food. You would think that being so close to the ferry terminal, that this location would make fast service a priority.

Asked the manager to get another person to help the girl in the front because she was swamped with over 12 customers on her own at front counter, manager started almost crying telling me to stop yelling at her and she was working on at, i then proceeded to watch her move 3 orders through drive through watching the front counter girl continue to push on by herself amingst a horde of hungry people that were waiting well over 15 minutes for their items.nnThe management needs to change of the place is going to run smoother if they are going to react the way they did.
