CELIACS BEWARE! We ate here following an awesome experience at De Dutch in Langley and were highly disappointed. We came for the gluten free pancakes and after ordering were told they only had two left. One family member is fully celiac and we explained how important it was that all his food be prepared on freshly cleaned surface and to avoid any kind of cross contamination. Our server nodded and said "of course" but she either forgot to tell the kitchen or they just didnt care because tonight he is in a bad state, and this is the only food outside the home he ate.

I'm a fan of DeDutch breakfast but it's certainly quite expensive. Service is pretty average and can be slow sometimes here but I've always loved the food.

The freshness of the fruit and creamer varies a lot, but it's still better than the NW location and the ones in Van.
