McDonald's

Stopped in so my kid could specifically get a Minecraft happy meal and toy. Disappointed doesn’t begin to describe how this false advertising landed. Sure, life is full of disappointments, and that’s her lesson today. But false advertising like this is unacceptable and erodes brand trust. Do better.

This is a review for the restaurant on MacDonald drive In Oromocto. Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. Cleanliness was poor, the floor was covered with spills and litter, greasy fingerprints all over the entry doors, dirty tables. An entrance door handle is halfway off. This restaurant needs a renovation. The bathroom had one stall closed off and two pot lights were out. Going into an available stall was like walking into a cave it was so dark. The faucet kept running on and off by itself, such a waste of water. The food and service were good. We will not eat here again, though, as the lack of cleanliness was off putting and the overall condition of this McDonald's was a disappointment. A surprise visit from head office is long overdue for this store

Being 60 years old I've seen alot of changes at McDonald's. The parking lot is mainly reserved for curbside mobile. The door is getting further and further away for seniors. Plus, put in a darn coffee machine so we can pop a toonie in it and get a coffee. Nothing worse then waiting for your coffee and skipthedishes shows up and now you're waiting longer.

Never got to say thank you but I really appreciate McDonalds allowing me to host my sons birthday there it was a great experience and will definitely be doing it again thank you to the staff for being so friendly also!
