Our 1st franchise! New Brunswick Entrepreneur Rick Kirkpatrick is the Owner/Operator of our new Cheese Curds/Habaneros dual restaurant. Opened 25 July 2017.

Story

We’re not authentic Mexican cuisine — we’re modern with a twist. Our chef-inspired menu puts a new spin on old favourites. From our BBQ'd Pulled Pork (which is slow cooked in house for 8 hours… yum!) to our signature Lime & Cilantro Sour Cream, we’ve rewritten the rules and customers are talking.

The guy who made my burrito at this location took great care in preparing it, which is uncommon. As a result, this was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had! Habaneros is awesome.

I have been a fan of the original Habaneros in Halifax for years, I enjoyed my first few visits to the Oromocto location, until tonight. I normally go for the burrito bowl, and what I was given tonight was not ediable. The rice was like chewing on rocks, some was uncooked and some look like it had been sitting for weeks. Every bite no matter how many other toppings mixed with it was unbearable. I would have gone back to complain in person but the store closes at a very early time. I understand it may have been close to closing time, but food quality should never suffer. I will be back, but I hope I never have this happen to me or anyone else again.

Decisions were made here. Decisions to eat a large pierogi poutine, for instance. And it was delicious!...also, probably a poor life choice...But worth it!

Gourmet burgers and dogs in a poutine. How could you go wrong? Food service is very polite, food is hot and tastes sensational! Just opened today - you gotta try it! You won't be disappointed!!! 😀
