McDonald's

I normally get iced caramel coffee regularly from McDonald's, and this one had given me the worst coffee of my life. I have watched another McDonald's make my coffee on numerous occasions and they always add six pumps of caramel syrup and they always shake it so it's thoroughly mixed. This time they did not add any caramel syrup when I specifically asked for a caramel coffee. I will never be going to this location as long as they've got these untrained no good employees that came straight out of womb. It's not that hard to squirt syrup in a cup and shake it.

The drive through wait after we got our drinks was 15min, that is a bit excessive in my book for a FF place and no apology or explanation. The burgers were not just salted but way overly salted along with the fries, so much that it's all you could taste. Not much interaction with staff and the one that took the can stopped to take an order first. Didn't call to complain because we were already back on the road and couldn't goo back. Will avoid this location from now on. (Court st, janesville)

The cashier girl was awesome! Other then that the other employees are rude and refused to give me a food tray when I was a dine in. The management needs to be improved majorly I was not satisfied with the attitude with the manager at all.

Like most McDonald's, slow, slapped together food and disinterested employees. (better check your order!!) I'm done with all of them

Clean, fast and friendly! We appreciated the employee who was extra patient with our senior family member.
