They changed the drive-thru set up. During active times the second lane has a live person in a little building. The take your order face to face and process payment, then pull forward in a new lane for prepaid orders, very slick. Great change Culver's!!
We had a mix-up with our order, and since my husband has a shellfish allergy, it could’ve been a serious issue. But Culver’s handled it incredibly well. They immediately apologized, remade the order, and even gave us a full refund without even asking. It was hands down the best customer service we’ve received from a fast-food chain. Chick-fil-A who? Culver’s set the bar high today. Thank you for turning a mistake into a great experience!
The team member named Mark was cleaning the dining room the whole time my wife and I ate there. We have been to many different Culver's restaurants and his attention to maintaining a clean dining room was impressive. My wife used the restroom and she was impressed how it was laid out and super clean. Our meal was just as expected and the rest of the staff was friendly. Thank you to all. We will gladly return.
The food was delicious. It was crowded and noisy, but that's to be expected with such a popular restaurant. They did forget my bbq sauce and shake, but they replaced them both and gave us a coupon.
It's sad both of the people work there but if she's working her boyfriend sits right there and watches her. Their manager is okay with it because they stay with them really good place to work. I wouldn't trust the food I would go to another one.. I never know of a manager that let's their boyfriend sit their while his girlfriend is working what a joke
