Ordered big mac and had it at home. Taste was kinda strange and found pickle went bad... use bad pickle for the burger on deal?? Also fries was cold like ice cream. Also worst coffee here. Double double tastes like 1/2 cream and 1/2 sugar. Also coffee tastes weak like water mixed.

Maybe one day they’ll remember to add straws to the bag. Or give receipts. Or forks for poutine. Check your bags. Cause they dont.

Comfortable place to meet with friends. Slightly cool if sitting near the window.

Consistently slow service at this fast food restaurant. Learn from your downtown locations you need to be faster. Waiting over 10 minutes for an order is a bit excessive.

I am consistently disappointed in this location. A cold burger patty on my quarter pounder with cheese that came with no cheese- is just one of many examples of the times you have failed me. After watching “The Founder” and seeing the foundation that this company was built upon I can honestly say that the apple has fallen very far from the tree. I can’t even believe I’m taking the time to write this right now but McDonalds has a very special place in mine and my husbands heart (our first date to wedding photos and a cameo appearance in our wedding video). You have given us no choice but to drive to an “inconvenient” location to us. Shout out to Riverbend for now supporting our love for this food. I hope my words will help you improve the quality and we can one day return.
