I ordered a decaf coffee and asked the staff member to microwave as it was too cold and he refuse to do that and said it’s probably not possible to microwave it even though McDonald was not so busy and after that they started back bitching about me , thought I already left. This whole thing ruined my all day and I would say this is worst McDonald I ever have visit. Don’t waste your time and money . Only one suggestion to McDonald employee give the fresh coffee to customers if you can’t microwave it. They don’t even deserve one star.

Constantly forgetting to bag parts of my order, manager was extremely rude when I drove back to pickup my kids chicken nuggets. She literally tossed them to me. no simple sorry or anything just anger and belittling.nWorst MacDonalds in BC by far
