I've been treated nicely and the service was fast I always grab smoothies there because it's drive thru so no walking lmao.

Says they close at 11 BUT they lock the shop up at 10, like really you expect $15/hour when you can't get my order right, most of your job is automated and offer zero customer service? Even for a McD's the Powell River store is a JOKE.

2 tellers and 2 separate orders wrong due to communication problems. The Manager even lectured 1 teller to call him if she doesn't understand the order. He had to repeat that 3 times to her. They were referring.g to another customer who's order was messed up.

Filthy restaurant and terrible staff hygiene. All food touched with bare hands.
