Ordered twice from there from two separate occasions. I ordered a baconator sandwich and got replaced with the thin small patties twice. Intentional.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Serves the usual food hot and fresh.

The management here is almost worse than the workers. It's a 50-50 chance that your order is going to be messed up. Don't even think about asking for specific sauces on your burger. Lansing has a bad reputation for shity food service overall, but this wendys is terrible especially for the location. When i eat there its normally in the evening 8-930.
