McDonald's

The average wait time in the drive through is between 15 and 25mins. Going inside to order there's rarely anyone that greets you at the counter, you're better off using the touch screen order booths...That aside, this morning going through the drive through the girl serving me had to have been stoned. Kept forgetting to answer the drive through microphone I kept having to ask if she was still there , got to the window and she has to ask what my order was again , she guessed a medium double double where i corrected her with a extra large 2 cream. She took my money and disapeared 2 minutes until seeing me sitting waiting she went to hide and sent her coworker to come ask my order again and the coworker served me a coffee. There was one other car in the drive thru and it still took 7 minutes. The owner of this place needs to supervise their staff better. Its not just 1 team of workers its the whole place falling apart.

Service is so slow. I waited 20min for a coffee!! I do not blame the staff. I blame McDonald’s new system. I should not have to wait for just a coffee. Cramp system!

Not the fastest service around, but still fast enough and good quality, and located at 15 seconds from the highway!
