McDonald's

Worst McDonalds ever. My friend and I ordered two large fries, and it took 30 minutes of waiting and asking about our food for them to finally start making it, then they ended up dropping some fries on the ground and putting it back in the bag, as well as one employee who dropped a bun on the ground and kicked it under the floor instead of picking it up. Then 10 minutes later we finally got our order. In addition, there were warning alarms going off, staff on their phone, and more. I would never wish this McDonalds experience on my worst enemy. 1 Star.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered from kiosk. Waited. Waited. Finally saw them get a bag with our number on it. Over the next 20 minutes, they put some of our order in the bag, all the while stopping and finishing up orders that were well after ours. Finally I got tired of waiting and asked one of the kids working about the order. He said they were out of cookies. Well, were they ever going to tell me? We had 5 other people waiting who were finished eating already and waiting on us so I said just give me the bag, I’ll take whatever you have in there. If they were out of cookies, why didn’t they just say that and offer a refund? Why put our food in the bag 20 minutes earlier and then just ignore us? Anyway, no offer of refund or apologies, the kid just threw the bag of ruined food at me. Disgusting.

I usually like my local McDonald's restaurant but they close way too early which means if you're younger or have a more flexible schedule you're out of luck if you're looking for take out moderately later on the evening.

Half the menu has disappeared and so has your staff. They were working so hard but not able to keep up with the demand. Everything was dirty where are we suppise to sit with bags on the tables not cleaned up yet

Everythings good, except the ordering Pad that doesnt work. so it makes everything slow. Employee's are working as best as they can.
