They dont know the menu and try to rip you off... Slow, dont stop here if your in a hurry if you politely ask the cashier to look at the menu behind her becuase she is not listening to what you order you have to wait for her manager.... And then they push your food back. No chicken ready so frustrating..... Last time i was thrugh i wanted in the drive thru foe 20 minutes augh why did i travel this way fml....

The slowest A&W in Alberta. Everytime i stop here its 15 min wait just to order with 2 ppl in front of me. Plus another 15 to get the food. So much for fast food

Food is always poor never full Ingridents on select choice of food, always screw up an order and never get what you ask for. Staff just doesn't care. And very unwelcoming.
