I had a great experience at A&W! The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the service was excellent. Julie and Hunter were both very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. Their great attitude really made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have had 2 bad experiences at this location. I ordered a mozza burger that came without any mozzarella cheese on it. I just ate it and didn’t complain. The next time I went to the Vulcan A&W I ordered a Texas Chicken crunch burger. I ordered this burger in Lethbridge and I quite liked it. It’s supposed to have sweet pickles on it. In Vulcan it came without the sweet pickle. It had dill instead. It’s advertised with the sweet pickle. They gave me the sweet pickles and told me that they would not do it again. The counter staff were rude about it as well. I’m not going back to this place.

I had a great experience at A&W. The service from Julie was exceptional — she was very kind, friendly, and professional. The service was also very fast, and everything was prepared quickly. I was impressed with how clean and organized the store was. It made the environment very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you, Julie and the whole team, for the excellent service!

I’ve come into this A&w a few times and I’m really disappointed. The food is mediocre for the price, but what really disappointed me is how the staff are treated. I’ve come in a few times and seen staff get yelled at by a guy, and shoved out of their station and told to do other tasks when they were managing it fine. A lot of the familiar faces I knew and became friends with have left and after talking with them, and hearing how they were treated at this location makes me no longer want to support this chain. Management needs to go over their policy about treating their staff fairly and properly, and deal with these issues as it’s not fair to staff, and not fair to customers.
