Terrible experience today from start to finish!!! The lady in the drive-thru had an attitude from hell & then to top it off, I ordered a pancake platter & they left out all the necessities from my bag.. I had no utensils, napkins, butter, or syrup!! I totally believe that was on purpose because I commented on her nasty attitude at the window. I attempted to call to speak to a manager & nobody picked up the phone. So much for customer freakin' service!!!!!! If I ever go back there again, it's only gonna be to cuss someone out... ugh!!!!!

Every time you order food and get sauces they never give you the correct amount of sauces. This has happens to me 9 out of every 10 times I order there. I order 3 large fries and 6 ranch cups and they give me 1 or 2. Also they have messed my orders up as far as food goes quite quite a few times. I order a plain spicy chicken and they don't put the spicy sauce on it. I ordered a plain SPICY chicken, of course i want the spicy sauce. I order a hamburger and they put cheese on it. I didn't order a cheeseburger, I ordered a hamburger. I advise anybody who orders at Dubois McDonalds to go through their bag before they leave. I understand people make mistakes. But when it is all the time it is no longer a mistake, it is negligence.

The service was good and fast I got my food as soon as I pulled up the second window without waiting! I'd definitely take others there and recommend going for the fast experience and good food they have to offer for a quick bite. The workers were in good moods which made it better.

If the staff would read the orders things would be better. I'm disabled there's a reason I order table service, when they leave my stuff at the counter I have to get someone to get my stuff for me. Many times I have changed up my order because of dietary issues or I'm not feeling well and they mess up the order.

Stopped in the drive through McDonald’s on Thursday May 30 around ten thirty pm…there were also other customers through the drive through…but not “busy”…nOur order was messed up…they forgot a drink…the food was cold. Ewww I couldn’t even eat it. And the customer service/hospitality was very extremely rude and hostile. And the employee whom waited on us..and gave us our order was a MANAGER. Very mean and short and snappy….very disgusted…just basically paid for someone to be an asshole and obviously is not capable of his job duties. Pretty much threw out food at us…and got even more irritated when we mentioned the missing drink. Absolutely ridiculous.
