We are a restaurant that specializes in pizza, pasta, chicken and salads. We focus on serving quality food with a focus on kind and friendly service.

Story

Buck's Pizza in Clearfield opened in November 2014. We are located in a picturesque spot overlooking Raftsman's Memorial Timber Dam on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. Our dining room offers great views and in the summer our patio offers a wonderful view of the river and dam.

While pizza is part of our name, we also have much else to offer. Our menu includes delicious fresh salads, sandwiches on fresh baked bread, hand-breaded chicken tenders and boneless wings, jumbo chicken wings, strombolis, appetizers, desserts and an extensive variety of pasta. There really is something for everyone.

We enjoy being part of the Clearfield community! We have found wonderful employees and customers that make doing business in Clearfield a great experience.

We had a large party but we were quickly sat. Our server came over after a reasonable wait. We received our ample size drinks shortly after. After placing our meal orders we awaited our salads and appetizer. It took a little longer than I would like to get the salads and one was forgotten. The fried mozzarella did take a long time to come out but I could tell it was freshly prepared and not out of a box or bag like some restaurants. After a significant wait the rest of our food arrived. I enjoyed the baked ham sandwich and boneless wings. In summary the food was very good but would like to see quicker service.

P.S. THE SERVICE STINKS, PRICES ARE TOO HIGH & YOU TREAT PEOPLE POORLY! Used to work there! " FAVORITISM " made me quit! They tried to make me The Toilet Queen... It's who you know! I say, "NO THANK YOU"... This is a small town, When you treat people badly, word gets around fast! They had me "SCRUBBING TOILETS"for 2 hours, then they'd have me " SERVE FOOD" to customers! I said, I need to clean myself up before I serve to The Public & bring a "DIFFERENT" set of clothes... I didn't feel right serving off the same sleeve that touched the " TOILET SEAT" with! I quit, because they had me consistently scrubbing toilets for 2 hrs., then only one hour serving! I could "NOT" make-up the tips for 3 hrs. In only one hour serving! Because they had me working only week days part-time 3 hrs. A day & only about one hour to make tips each day, I couldn't even make enough tips to put gas in my vehicle! My family & I went there recently, nothing has changed, still the same person gets the best hours! Guess you have to be related to management, to be able to afford to keep working there... P.S. THE SERVICE STINKS!!! WE ARE "NOT" COMING BACK & NO ONE I KNOW OR AM RELATED TO IS COMING BACK, EVER!!!

Bucks has very good food, however if you go there make sure to get a female server. All the male servers are slow and inatentive. We waited 40 minutes for our sandwich last evening and there was hardly anyone there. I dont see why it took so long and the waiter (male) never even came to our table during that time. So, good food, iffy service.
