We waited 25 minutes for our lunch today.  Was not offered any apologies or even a coupon. There was 3 different people in front of us that asked for their money back. Hubbs was walking up to do that when they called our number. And to make matters even worse, the Big Macs were COLD, I am serious.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get our food, then they didn't even give all ofnitbto us. They don't even deserve the one star rating

My husband ordered a #2 the cashier put 1 cheeseburger because she said she he just want the burgers though a #2 is 2 cheeseburgers (mind you we already paid) .. The manger went in to change the order to #2 but instead it was #3 .. Told them again there waa no drunk for him and no fries just two cheeseburgers .. I thought #2 is a meal with 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink ..
