No matter how many times I order a cheeseburger, they always mess it up... Lines are so long and can take up to 30 minutes just to get a couple things, we asked for just cheese and pickles and they give us a full out burger with ketchup, pickles, etc. Then the pop machine was broken so we had to get the manager to fix it. Please, fix your problems and don't let them keep going.

Free refill offered without asking. Employee took my tray as I was otw to dispose of the garbage.... An excellent visit today...

Management needs to hire more staff or give up the 24H status. Been twice in the past few months very early in the am and both times they were closed due to staffing.
