Wow. What a horrible experience. The lovely you lady that cashed us out was fantastic and funny. The manager, not so much. Friend used her husbands card. The manager/supervisor or whatever she was, very rude. Said she had to see the card to verify signatures. Her card was not signed. NEVER once asked for ID. When my friend told her that it was her husbands card, her reply was "can't use it, put the card back in so I can refund it". Attitude right from the start which was very frustrating. So my friend wasn't so pleasant back at her. I understand needing to check ID but this woman was asking to verify signatures that were on the receipt and the card. My friend gave her the other card with her name on and laid all her cards out telling her that was who she said she was along with her ID that the woman never asked for. Meanwhile I'm quiet just listening and the lady says "you can both just leave without any food and get out of here". I've been in management for 10 years. I highly suggest choosing someone else to be in charge. Someone with a more pleasant attitude who can explain policies better. Any attitude she got from my friend was because of the supervisors attitude from the start.

Manager, Alicia, is horrible. They lie about their hours, deny they are open, and cannot even deliver the simplest order successfully. NEVER stop at this location...ever!

We were waiting for them to come to the counter and take our order for over 15 minutes. By the time they finally noticed us there was a huge line behind us. The only saving grace was the food. It was pretty good.

Young heavy chick was to busy playing with her hair and smelling co workers hair that she couldn't even take people's order! There was no straws or lids for cups.. They messed up on our order and the fries was cold! Then she complained to other employees about me asking for the correction as I walked away! The dining area was trashed so was the bathrooms! Worst McDonald's!
