The Apple store employees that I met were all friendly and helpful. The girl who assisted me was super helpful and pleasant. She suggested which product to go for based on what I was looking for and waited patiently while I had issues with my card. The store was also beautiful!

For me, this store os the best apple store in Paris. You have the best customer service experience. It’s also the largest store. The dedicated setup area is mind-blowing and the mood is amazing. The staff is very helpful. The only downside is the long wait times on weekends.

Poor service really not polite, I was there for the apple watch and there was one boy and women they was talking and i try to talk with the boy ask about the size and the women told him oo the man is just for looking and westing our time ; they was not even busy that time. This kind of uneducated seller need to be out of the apple store.

I chose that one because it has the best reviews compared to other apple stores in Paris, but I was still disappointed. The design is outstanding, but customer service is not : I asked for tax-free while making my purchase, but I didn't get it. After I asked again, they offered me to make a refund and make another payment but with a tax-free. But the refund is not for free in my case because of my bank's policy visa fees and currency conversion..., so I had to decline and lost ~160€. Also, they didn't offer me to get the "apple care" I wanted but forgot to ask for.

Great place, shop, decor and staff

When you visit this specific Apple Store , you will find, on an architectural stand point, a pure beauty. I am rating the place more than the high level service you usually have with Apple team members. The architects and the companies that work on this project just did an outstanding job. It is a beauty . Great Store , great location, amazing building.

the worth service , I have ever seen . I was kept in a line for 25 min for just one question. And after 1.5 our i was able to get my phone. I have spent my 2 hour for just purchasing phone. Stuff was kind but system was terrible.

This is far more than a store. It is a work of art. Apples architect took a historical building that was beautiful in its own right and created a magnificent work of art. Even if your not shopping come enjoy the stunning architecture
