McDonald's

We stopped here in Crescent City for lunch. I know they have to pay their employees more money and thats fine but, We paid 25.31 for 2 combos you would think they would at least warm for that price. When I opened the box the lettuce wasn’t on the hamburger and it was cold obviously it was made at least a 1/2 hour ago also french fries was cold and hard. But at least I got a tip a free hair was in my meal. Yummy

Really the only complaints I have are not being able to use the bathroom without an employee opening the door .. which would be fine but they are usually shorthanded so you may wait a while. Not to mention announcing to the whole dining area that you are going to the bathroom. The other is people should be allowed 2 refills! 1 refill in store & the second refill for the road. Idk maybe I'm wrong .. but that's the way I think is appropriate especially with how high the cost is & that they're paying employees $20 an hour!!

Not a fan of the switch to self-serve ordering, especially because 2 of the 4 kiosks were out of service. My senior mother had to wait a very long time for assistance at the counter and the staff member was very dismissive toward her. I swear we waited longer than we would have at the drive thru.

During our visit to the Redwoods we went through the drive thru multiple times after our hikes. Each time the employees were friendly, professional, and always asked if we were using our app code. Our orders were always correct and prepared as expected.

Very dirty, trash literally overflowing. 5 people in the restaurant, several employees chatting and, not standing around, but working in no huge hurry. That's all fine, but when the dining area is a mess, drink area sticky and gross, and trashy can overflowing to the point trash is on the floor... You wonder what they are all doing. Kiosk makes ordering self-serve. Take a table marker but you still have to go up to get your order. Very weird. Food was fine, environment one of the worst, even for fast food l.
