Probably one of THE best bakeries I've ever been to in the country!! Vegan, gluten freeze and soy free, are you kidding me?! I am traveling for work and will be returning every day until I leave. Today I had the strawberry cinnamon roll and it did not disappoint!! I wish  I had saved it to heat up at home, but it was gone in no time. I got an everything bagel and buckeye chocolate covered peanut butter ball to go, and both have been delectable as well. I can't wait to try more in the next couple days. The staff was upbeat and the place definitely had rush hour waves. Happy to see others also enjoy it there!

I always thought “Good to the last drop” was just an advertisement for Folgers Coffee- but after visiting RISE - our family has decided that this VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE bakery & coffee shop is so much more. It’s incredible to the last drop and last crumb. We were fighting over any remaining morsels of these incredibly DELICIOUS drinks, treats & eats. My personal favorites: Carmel Fratte Onyx Espresso Concentrate, Date Carmel, Oatmilk, Coconut Cream & Coconut Sugar. This masterpiece of cold, creamy delight was worth every slurp! You’ll be wanting more. It was truly GREAT to the last drop. Only $8.50  The gluten free donuts  are so delightful, moist and super yummy. Only $3  The prices are fairly reasonable- but in this time of inflation- nothing is very certain about prices.  Regardless- we highly recommend trying RISE as a great way to start your day!

We ate breakfast at this incredible cafe when in town overnight for a funeral.  I am so grateful that this bakery/cafe is both vegan and gluten-free.  The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the food is DELICIOUS!  The next time we are in town, we will DEFINITELY eat here.  *I met one of the owners briefly.  Super friendly.

My wife is allergic to gluten so Rise is amazing for her! They have delicious donuts, cookie sandwiches, bagels, cakes, and much more. From time to time they offer special items like elephant ears.  The coffee is very good as well, but the GF food is the highlight  The picture is a breakfast sandwich I made using one of their gluten free bagels.

I’ve been a long time fan of Rise, especially being someone who is gluten intolerant! I haven’t had a single thing from them that I didn’t love. Their baked goods are amazing and their coffee is super good as well. We recently got married in November and we decided we wanted Rise to be our dessert choice. We chose four different mini cupcake flavors and four doughnut flavors and all of them were delicious! We even got to do a taste test prior. Our guest kept complimenting on how good they were too! I'm not vegan, soy free, or gluten free, but I love this bakery. The quality is always so high you can tell they really care about their products. I always look forward to seeing what new stuff they have in the case and I'm never disappointed!

Rise Authentic did an amazing job on my sons birthday cake! He has a dairy, egg and peanut allergy and they made sure to take all that into consideration and were still able to make a perfect Baby Shark cake for him  The cake was very delicious. My toddler loved it! They were even able to accommodate my order within just 5 days!! I highly recommend them.

Enjoy a cup of coffee and a healthy yet tasty snack at Rise and Squibb. Rise food items are vegan, gluten free, soy free and dye free. The latte with almond milk and breakfast quiche were delicious.

Bought for my fiance's father for father's day as he has some dietary restrictions. We were worried the desserts wouldn't be very good because they're completely vegan, but everything was delicious! Will definitely be going back soon! It was well worth the couple hour trip!

Exceptional vegan and gluten free tasty treats! Wonderful service that was so helpful and kind! Love the scones and the fritter the best! Brunch biscuits and gravy was tasty!!
