Awesome job to McDonalds West for helping me get 9 ice cream cones, an Oreo McFlurry & a cheeseburger no onions home without my 2 dogs gobbling them as my daughter & I drove across town! Lady at drive thru asked if I'd like the 9 cones in cups(kudos to her) and John at pickup window had it all under control in drink holders and ready to go! John was super friendly as he organized my order and even complimented my adorable dogs(they got the burger not the cones)! John is a great asset to your store and make sure you praise him for being professional, friendly and going the extra mile! 100% accuracy, speed & personality! Totally impressed!

My fiancé and I dined in last last and the girl working the counter was so bored she was pacing the front counter. It was driving us nuts we wanted to go tell management to hand her a broom or a wash rag and have her wipe down tables. Otherwise it was as expect at McDonald's

Roger was definitely the highlight of my service experience in Mason City. This town was abysmal, but Roger made McDonald's shine with service, sass, and a smile. Thanks Roger.
