The most interesting flavors you'll find north of Des Moines (and maybe south, too!) created by chef Joshua Frederick. A strong emphasis on organic, seasonal, local foods deliciously prepared in the cafe's wood fired oven along with a nice selection of reasonably priced beers and wines, all served in a warm, welcoming ambience. Mir specializes in wood fired pizza but every dish I've had has been delicious. Their sourdough bread and olives are worth the trip.

The food was spectacular, the mood was chill, I have been waiting for something like this to open up in the area! This will become your new favorite place!
