Went to get food about 30-40 minutes ago. Everything else I ordered was perfect except for the Junior chicken which I asked for no lettuce. All I have to say if the manager wasn’t being rude and inconsiderate to the teenaged worked because he didn’t know how to ring in a Thai chilli Junior chicken she would have made my one right. He on the other hand was extremely polite and was doing a great job.
Eating areas could use some more cleaning attention, but I understand it gets very busy. Heard the manager announce mandatory hand washing break, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were all friendly.
One of the better McDonalds in HRM, the restaurant was clean when I was there, staff were quick and friendly. My food came out hot and fast. The drive through seems easy to navigate. Bathrooms were clean as well. I'll definitely be back to this location in the future!
I just went through the drive-through of this McDonald’s they forgot my french fries in the bag so I went in to get them and when I walked back out of the McDonald’s, I threw my food right in the garbage. I could not believe how dirty it is inside of that store the dining room the way the kitchen looked. I will never eat here again. I cannot believe how dirty it isn’t there, I don’t want my money back, but I will never give another dime to that store … i’m not sure the last time that dining room was cleaned gross it may be McDonald’s, but I thought you had higher standards
I am honestly boggled by all of the negative reviews in here, as we just had an amazing experience at the McDonald's! So much so that I said I had to come on and give it a review. The food was prepared super quickly, our order was accurate and food was hot and delicious.nnThe thing that stood out, though, was the incredibly positive atmosphere in the kitchen that we could overhear from our table. We hear a manager encouraging and commending the workers for their work, and when she left, many workers enthusiastically said goodbye, and that they'd see her on Monday.nnIt was such a refreshing change from the typical McDonald's experience lately, so something is definitely going right, here!
