Very dirty all the time. Hard to get a spot that is dry and not sticky. The self-ordering machines always have issues as well. The food and whatnot is fine. The bathroom is pretty bad but the restaurant is near the tree line.
I never get everything I ordered the first time, with the early morning staff. I always have to call in, or go back, and get what's missing. And now that their prices have gone up, and the size of their products have shrunk referring to the physical thickness of the sausage patties on the breakfastsandwich. After prices went up, they got thinner by half I am very disappointed. I may have used points, but I had to pay extra for my upgrades and additions. And the only thing they got right, was the ice coffee. For once. Early morning staff, you gotta do better. I don't have time to keep going back, or the money to waste on extra fuel to go back every time for your mistakes.
The staff are happy and cheerful! The guy that served use was helpful and he gave some helpful suggestions. And they served the food like expected. The burgers looked fresh n tasted good. Refill fountain pop is always good . They kept the pastries clean of flies n cabinet is well kept. I'm impressed with my first visit here.
My order was completely messed up. I ordered meals and was not charged properly. Did not get half of the food that I ordered. I went in because I was missing two fries and a 10-piece nuggets. I was not given the receipt when I ordered it the person that took our order did not understand me and instead of asking just put in whatever they wanted. The manager did not seem like he really cared and seem to be really put out that he had to deal with something because of their mistakes, even though I clearly ordered my food, I ended up only having french fries for supper that were stale
On Tuesday, August 15th, I went to McDonalds on Windmill Rd Burnside.nnThey wouldn't let me buy a Squishmallow on its own for my daughter.nnI decided to take my son11 and daughter7 to McDonalds for lunch.nnI ordered a hotcake happy meal for my son and a poutine for my daughter as she doesn't like any of the meals that come with the happy meals. I also got a smoothie. I used the kiosk to order the meals.nnWant to the counter to get a toy and a sprite for my daughter. They wouldn't sell me the toy unless it was with a happy meal. I explained the situation to the cashier who got a manager who didn't care that my daughter would be able to get a toy. So I had to buy an extra happy meal to get her the toy.nnThe store was not bust, just one person in front of me.nnWhen they made my meal, they forgot my smoothie. When I filled up the kids' drinks, the fountain pop machine broke, and a piece went into the cup.nnOverall, it was not an enjoyable experience.
