I recently visited Main Street location McDonald and was disappointed to see that the person making the burgers was not wearing gloves. Food safety and hygiene should be a top priority, especially in a fast-food restaurant. Seeing this made me question the cleanliness of the food being served. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that proper hygiene standards are followed
Staff at this location are not the friendliest. There’s only one girl I recognize when I go through the drive thru, who is always nice and gives great service. Everyone else, not so much.nnI come to this location, only because it’s convenient for when I am working.nnI tried the new Strawberry Pie today and have to say it was pretty tasty!
I had some confusion about what I was charged on my order and had to ask 5-10 times just to get thier attention and even then I was told to wait. After 5 minutes, even though one of the staff was helping me, other starts saying, “Isko chod, ehdar aay bahut busy hai” and were frustrated that I asked something. Not a behaviour you want anywhere.
Thursday June 26 th 7:45 p.mnI had brought my daughter and several of her friends/ All children .nThe place was a complete disaster .nWasn't more then 3 sq ft that was clean .nTrash and food over every surface!nThe kids didn't seem to mind for some reason. But what pushed my buttons is when the manager couldn't barely speak English, to understand the problem about the 5 ppl vaping in the children's play area ...I will never set foot in that disgusting hole again !nNot to mention the ratt problem in the parking lot from very unsanitary dumpsters ....very disappointing.
Multiple times at night ive gone arpund 10pm and 11pm the ice cream machine has been broke since 2024?.... last night my maple pies were burnt i got a jr chicken that had only cheese missing my other 2 jr chickens that i asked for. Every desert was not available except some burnt apple pies ill never ever buy from this crap store ever again and hire some staff who actually have good customer service skills...
