I have ordered for egg and cheese maffin but when i take my first bit i see there is meet inside it. I am just writing this because i am not eating meat and because someone from crew mistake i have eated which is not good i will try to ask crew to properly listen my order. And when again they given me replace one i think they have given me same bun.nnI am not satisfied by service.
Was served a sloppy mess of a burger, with a half-filled medium order of cold & soggy fries picture attached... I also paid for bacon on this burger, but there was none to be found on there.nI won't be back. I'd much rather spend the same amount of money at Five Guys next time for 10x the value.
Welcomed with open doors in search of food. Once inside I was berated by an older, over weight, I assumed woman with headset on, acting as warden, and she did everything but shoot me to get me out. Scary. I understand now the doors where only open for people picking up food. So, i asked if I could order something at the drive though being that I am starving, with money in hand, and only on foot. You could imagine this low intelligence woman and her limited response. I won't be back, ever. And McDonald's will probably promote her. Disheartening.1
Having the manager tell me I have to “wait and see” if I’ll get my money back for an order was charged twice for was annoying. The manager clearly needs a vacation, please take a break and come back to better assist your customers. I understand that store managers are under a lot of stress, however perhaps a break will give this man some perspective.
I recently moved back to Oshawa after being away for 20 years. I decided to walk to this location as I was very familiar with it. We spent a lot of time there as teenagers. All I wanted to purchase was a simple cheeseburger. I didn't want anything else, just a burger. The young lady at the cash register, maybe 18 years old, asked to take my order. I asked for a cheeseburger. Nothing else. No french fries, no drink. She could not understand my order. So I tried a second time, same response. I speak very clearly and at a very acceptable volume. After the 3rd attempt of my order, she called over a manager. He had no issues and easily understood what I wanted. The issue at hand was a language barrier. I was speaking English, and it was very apparent that the young lady was not fluent in the English language. Had she said something, I could have switched over to French. I might be a little rusty, but I'm fairly confident that I could have ordered a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I don't think she would have understood our other national language. When the gentleman took my order and spoke with the young lady, they were neither speaking English nor French. The Indian language is not the 3rd national language of Canada. People employed in Canada that deal with the general public need to be able to speak fluent English or French. That's not even open for debate. The Indian population has basically taken over North Oshawa. You still need to have employees who speak our national languages.
