Staffs are polite, food was good and ambiance was also nice. They did not take too much time to prepare my order. And this was my first McDonald’s visit and experience.
The Manager here named Brad is a huge reason why they do well here. He seems to have the respect of the team at this location. I had a minor issue during a visit and Brad handled it with professionalism, grace and compassion. You can really see that Brad respects and enjoys his position as manager here. Thank you to the entire team here.
Drive through visit - employees are polite, courteous, friendly, happy.nnBut there is COFFEE GRINDS in my coffeennHow does this happen? Is the filter ripped or torn, or poorly installed? How do coffee grinds get past the filter?
This is not the first, not second, but the third time happening to me, how hard it actually is to give someone the food that they asked not just anything. What I think might be careless behaviour, Improper training like just doing things for the sake of getting it done. Surprisingly, found 2 grill slips on the box and the sandwich inside was not the one I asked.
Food is always hot here. I got the pickup spot today and the sweetest lady with a million pins in her hat brought it to me. Made my day. Honestly I hate going to this mcds. The parking lot is a mess. Otherwise its a good reliable location.
