I've had too many disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s location. They have a troubling habit of forgetting items from my orders. It’s not just a one-time mistake—this has happened consistently. From missing fries to neglected sauces and even whole burgers, it seems like their order-checking process is severely lacking.nnEvery time I check my bag, there's something missing. When I’ve called to report these issues, I get a polite apology, but nothing changes. It’s frustrating to drive all the way back or deal with missing items at home, especially when you’re expecting a quick, hassle-free meal.nnIf you’re planning on eating here, make sure to double-check your order before leaving. Until they improve their accuracy, I can’t recommend this location. The convenience of fast food is lost when you can't rely on getting what you actually paid for.
Since the renovation- The two times I've gone, I've paid for an extra hashbrown and gotten soggy ones and undercooked bacon on my sandwich. Idk if they are going for faster drivethrough times, but the only thing they are doing faster is making me angry spending money in this economy to get half cooked food. Trust me. Your customers would much rather wait for cooked food, than spend money and still have to go home and finish cooking it themselves. Its Bacon and eggs for heaven’s sake. Dont waste your energy and go to a different McDonald’s or cook it yourself.
They've redone interior a while ago. It looks clean and nice. Food is as usual, it's McDonald's
Don’t you love it when they charge you 0.40 for mayo or any type of sauce but they NEVER give it to you?! And before anyone comments and says why didn’t you check? I literally remind them as they had me the bag and the response is always the same “it’s in the bag” but it never is. How many other customers have you charged 0.40 too but didn’t give them the sauce. That really adds up.
Received a drink containing a piece of broken plastic in it, looks like it's part of the fountain drink spout. Also looks like it has mold spots on it, so that's fun.
