My first visit to a Chick-fil-A anywhere. I am amazed at the hospitality, speed of service, food is hot, taste is great, decoration and atmosphere in dining room, staff actively keeping it clean, Price is reasonable. What a delight compared to the other big guys.
I was starving and was so excited to finally try Chickfila Canada. We decided to dine in and the restaurant was very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The line up wasn’t bad when we first arrived however, it did start picking up quickly. My meal was decently priced. Chicken was real and I felt VIP upon delivery.
UPDATE- If you buy a mac & cheese, they will give you a gift card for a free one that doesn't expire until March 31st, 2026nnThey now serve mac & cheese. It's a little tangy compared to the States, but it's still good.nnEmployees are always friendly, and they keep this location spotless. The food is yummy, but I wish they had more of a selection like the ones in the United States. Hopefully, the macaroni and cheese will be added soon.
This is by far the best fast-food restaurant I’ve visited since arriving in Canada. The customer service is exceptional. Staff members are consistently kind, attentive, and quick. The restaurant is also kept spotless, thanks to team members who are always maintaining the space. Olivia, in particular, impressed me with how quickly she cleaned—immediately wiping tables and sweeping as soon as guests had left.nnThe woman serving food after we ordered was incredibly kind and attentive; she even remembered our names and orders, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. Alyssa also went above and beyond by offering mints around the restaurant and thoughtfully providing me with an extra sauce when I needed it.nnWhat stood out most to me is how family-friendly it is. I noticed many families with young children dining comfortably, and the atmosphere truly caters to them.nnOverall, this is a phenomenal establishment. I have not been disappointed at all. I felt genuinely valued as a guest, and I would happily return again and again.
This place by far is the easiest 10/10 ever. The service was amazing they’re so polite and so helpful. Me and my friend were served by Alyssa and she was the most polite and very informative person I’ve ever met. The speed of service was phenomenal and the food arrived very fast and was very fresh. The food quality and taste was excellent and definitely some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The only criminal thing about this is I can’t leave any more stars amazing job and definitely recommend this to anyone
