The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s filthy!!! All the employees are standing around talking and nobody’s cleaning. They’re having a party in here. Very young immature group of kids that know both about good customer service!Food: 1/5
Would not recommend this mcdonalds. I go here regularly as I live in stony plain, and the service has gotten so bad it is rediculous! Get sent to the front to wait from the drive through every single time.. even when there is no one in line behind. When I got my food this morning, it was past the eat before time printed right on it! I was there at 930 and the eat before time was 725! It's absolutely one of the worst mcdonalds I have been too.
Seriously? We placed an order on Skip, and we were missing an entire 20pc nuggets. Skip refunded it no problem, but obviously we didn't get refunded for the delivery fee or tip. That's fine. So I decide to just re-order for pickup and go get it. Nope, this restraunt doesn't allow for that. No choice now if I want to use the skip credits but to pay for delivery and tip another driver. Food arrived fast, but my 20pc was two short, and one of them was tiny! Like how can one restraunt be so terrible? Next time the kids are craving McDonald's I'll drive to Spruce Grove and get it.
Almost every day, I use their drive through twice and so far, every time, I’ve been treated well and provided with correct orders. The employees there are very friendly and polite and always have a great mood which I feel is contagious! Keep up the good work. I’ve only used walk-in once and it took way longer than the drive thru usually would but otherwise it’s a great place with some nice employees. Keep up the good work! There is most often parking available to the front or side of the McD.
Rarely go to McDonald's these days but enjoyed their spicy chicken sandwich. Also stop in for ice cream cones in the summer. The coffee is also pretty good. I may be there more often in the future.Food: 4/5
I just went through the drive through at about 12pm july 12th and had the best costumer service from deb I believe her name was working the drive through window. She asked me how my day was and was extremely kind and even commented on my ring! It’s nothing crazy but it’s a nice change of pace from the usual and she made my day! I hope she sees this or I see her again so I can tell her she’s doing a wonderful job!
As a resident of stony Plain I often stop by here for my morning coffees on my way to work. Not sure why because they never get the order right. However my wife and I, stopped I today for lunch as we needed something quick before our drive. Ordered our food. And had to confirm it with them 3 times because the screen was missing items but they confirmed it was all, there after I was "yupped" everytime I had asked for something. Got to window to pay and reconfirmed said that everything I ordered was there. Got to pick up window and asked the girl if it was all, there and confirmed. Checked the bag and half our stuff was missing and they claimed I never ordered more. Rather than arguing because of the line up behind us we left. Wife's fries were cold within 30 seconds of opening the bag and the mcdoubles we had ordered looked like they were legitimately rolled in ketchup instead of being put into the burger. These kids have no respect for their job and there's obviously no quality control in order. I understand the indoor dining is under renovation but it's no excuse to make the presentation or food even more terrible than it already is. Do better.
Was here on the weekend when it was very quiet and the whole restaurant was very dirty. Food all over the floor, every table was dirty and there was a fly in the display case. All the staff, all under 25, were standing around doing nothing but yell at eachother and sing very loudly. Needless to say I was not impressed.Food: 3/5
Had ordered through skip and McDonald’s only sent the drinks. When I called they tried to blame the driver, then hung up on me. When I called back, they admitted they forgot to give the driver a bag and told me there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to drive there and get the food and then hung up on me again. Absolutely disgusting treatment
I just waited 5 minutes out front for a bagel with extra butter. The bagel was extremely stale, so much so I couldn't eat it because it was so chewy. I just got to work and threw it out even though I had only taken one bite. It was so dry that there's no way it had extra butter. Last week, I got a cream cheese bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese right in the center, so most of it was not on the bagel but in the hole. I've had countless bad experiences at this McDonald's. I kept going back because it's the closest.I thought McDonald's would replace Tim's but they all suck. I'm buying bagels to make at home. I'm done wasting my money.
