I was disappointed on this visit to Burger King. I was ordering for our friends ahead of time. They have two young ones, one that is in diapers yet, while I have one in diapers as well. There are no baby change tables in either restroom, men, or women's, so I had to use the booth. That wasn't too terrible. What I was more disappointed in was when I ordered 4 Whopper meals and one was no tomato and extra pickes for my friend. I asked the server if I could just have his tomatoes on mine since he got none. They charged $0.19 for the extra pickles but also charged $0.19 for my "extra" tomato slice. Yes, it was literally one extra 2" wide tomato slice for $0.19. The teller told me later on, "it's just 20 cents." That is not what I wanted to hear. I guess I'll just go to a different burger joint from now on, like Carl's Jr.
I've been here several times. The service was fast and friendly most of the time. On rare occasions, you can get ignored for a bit. Very rare. The store is clean and feels good. It's small but feels cozy and nice. The food is cheaper than in most other Burger Kings. One comment is that the food gets cold quickly. You have to eat it right away. If you have a takeout, the food would be cold by the time you get to your home, and cold burgers don't taste that good.
Pretty good quality and not too bad service. The cleanliness of the store was a little dirty seeing as I was the only one in the restaurant pre-lunch. Overall not bad but you don’t even know the area has a Burger King unless you stumbled on it like it did.
It's the only Burger King close to us without going to the city. Normally, things are ok, but I don't know what happened the last time we were there a few evenings ago. Service was the worst I ever have seen it. Maybe it was only new employees working that evening and I understand if someone is trying but should have experienced workers there with them. That's the managers fault if it was only trainees there that evening. Food is normally good and service is fast. Will go back again but will look at another place to eat if things don't improve.
Look - I am a burger FANATIC. Unfortunately this place is underwhelming, and slightly gross. I never negatively Rate places, I’ve gone here twice - giving it a second chance upon returning and was disappointed once again. The onion rings were gross, the burger had something tough in it that sucked me out felt like I bit into a tooth and it just put me off. They do have good gravy though.
We ordered a butter chicken sandwich combo with medium fries and a drink, and a large fries with a side of mayo. Had to confirm the order because they couldn’t figure it out. Received a plain chicken sandwich, two half full medium fries, and honey mustard sauce. Only good thing was the fries were fresh. And the paper straws are terrible. It was mush before the drink was finished. Added: There was no butter chicken sauce on the chicken sandwich. Hence my comment. It is a plain chicken sandwich. And both fries were half full. I paid for a large and and medium. If other containers are being used, that should be explained. Regardless, the large fry container is grossly lacking for the price.
This location has a great staff and been here lots. Today I was in and it's 30 degrees outside and must be at least 40 degrees inside. I couldn't eat my food in the restaurant to cool off and the poor workers and exhausted in the hot kitchen. This location does not have air conditioning or the owners are too cheap to turn it on. And the men's restroom has been out of service now for well over a month. Great peoples, good food but terrible place to go on a hot day.
Food tasted as expected. Tables clean. Beverage dispensing area very dirty floor sticky as well as counter. Mentioned to staff and the response was like it went 8n one ear and out the other as if they didn't care. Aug 26 2023
I used to love Burger King.. But this is our 3rd visit there the foods ether cold, Over cooked and dried out or we waited for 20 min for someone just to take our order... The Burgers are so over cooked, you need to add extra condiments at home just to make it have flavor, Honestly Won't Be coming back not worth the money....Food: 2/5
I went in with my friends on April 21, around 11:15. The lady who greeted us was cold and barely acknowledged us. She made us feel like an inconvenience to her! The lady would only take one order at a time and run off and boss her coworkers around while doing nothing herself. Not only that, she messed up my friends order twice and got mad at her! These workers mumble while taking our orders and don’t know how to multitask. When I asked for a couple of mayo packets she rolled her eyes at me and shoved them in my hand! I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review. There is only genuinely one individual there who is friendly he’s tall with a beard. Everyone else was so slow, careless and plain rude. If you can’t handle working in costumer service then please quit. It takes way more energy to be rude and horrible than it is to be nice.
