Went in to get a coffee. Being winter my cup had frozen coffee in it. Told her this and that it needed to have hot water put in it to remove the frozen coffee. She looked like I was from mars for asking, so fine took to washroom to do myself. No water in washroom. So went to timmies

When I come here; I get decaf coffee most of the time. I don't usually eat the food as often. My rating is in regards to service. On average, decaf coffee is prepared and serviced in 5 minutes sometimes sooner if it's already been made. But as of lately; I feel that they've been taking nearly twice as long to prepare the coffee; maybe it's ready and it's left sitting beyond the service counter and I am being forgotten about. I often have to wait 10+ minutes with nothing but an apology for the wait. At other restaurants, they may offer a coupon for a free coffee if the wait is longer than 10 minutes. This is never offered to me anymore at this location. I've had other customers ask me why it took me this long to get a coffee. I guess what I'd appreciate in the future are more updates on my coffee. I am often just standing patiently for my coffee. However, I am often picking up coffee for other people with me and THEY are the ones to actually make a vocal complaint in the restaurant if it takes longer than 10 minutes. That or I get a phone call from them telling me to hurry up thinking I'm inside secretly eating food or something. It makes the experience stressful for me but I try not to say anything to upset anyone because I know how busy it is back there. My rating could improve if service improves or if longer waits are better compensated in the future.

Stopped by with a group of 20+ people and had very efficient service, and it was very fast! Great clean environment. Easy 5 stars.

My family of 5 stopped in for a quick supper as qe were passing through. The two ladies working the front were absolutely amazing. The one at the till was very patient as I had a two year old having temper tantrums while trying to order. The front end woman was keeling my kids happy and entertained as I could finishing ordering. I thank you so much for your kind hearts and patience. These qualities are hard to find these days!!!! Thank you, Shawna L

Went to the drive through for breakfast and they missed 2 items in our order, they looked at the receipt and didn’t charge us for one of the hash browns with one of the meals. The guy rings it up as over $2, but we had ordered it with a meal and it is cheaper to add on a hash brown to a meal, so we were up charged on the hash brown and the guy was rude about it.

Mcdonalds needs to refocus on their dine in experience and not make the customer feel like an imposition for dining inFood: 3/5

We waited 15 minutes for our food there was 4 tables that had people at. The bunch that came in after us got their food long before we didFood: 2/5

Nothing against Mcdonald's as a whole but the one here is not good. It's slow, with frequent mistakes, and quality that is all over the place. The number of times I've been charged at the first window, and asked to pay again at the second window is absolutely mind boggling. I will continue to buy coffee here, but I'm gonna be skipping on any food, there are better locations in Melfort.

Staff is lazy and bathroom conditions are absolutely disgusting... my chicken wrap came with rotten lettuce, and since had gone rancid... do not stop hereFood: 1/5
