I was absolutely blown away with the cozy atmosphere inside this timmies. It's like sitting at home having great conversation - no restaurant vibes here! And the service was fantastic.Food: 5/5
The service has been getting really bad. I came in for a coffee and bagel and waited like 30 minutes. I also noticed the staff did more standing around then they did any type of work.
Awesome Tim Hortons in Melfort just off the main highway near the Canalta hotel. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff were courteous and professional when taking my order. The only downside is that the drive thru can get extremely busy at times. Lots of parking available
Every time I have ever stopped in over the last 10 years, it is always a great experience. From the cleanliness of the washrooms to the customer service, it is always great. Coffee is always hot, and food is made to order, and the cookies and donuts always taste fresh. I recently went with an oat latte during my most recent visit, and it was made perfectly. I definitely recommend this location. I will continue to stop in when I am traveling through Melfort.
We went inside to order. Took a long time to receive our order. Staff focused on drive through customers. I guess next time I'll use the drive through.
Awful servers?english was so poor she got my order wrong 3 times ice tea is not chocholate milk or coke. Then gave it to me in take out form as she said all dishes dirty ???? Bathroom the clearly cleaned the toilet by dragging mop across it leaving dirty streak marks. I will not return
This Tim’s seems like it only had teens working here and I don’t mind that at all but it’s like they had no clue what they were doing I ordered on mobile and when I got there they said they didn’t have my order I asked if they was another one in melfort and was told there is not so finally someone figured out how to pull it up but I had to keep telling them that’s not all the order, the girl would then come back and say that’s all we have omg very confusing and frustrating finally a guy worker got involved and took care of it properly but these guys need to train there window people better the food was ok tea had missed the sugar unfortunately
i love going here all the time, most of the staffs are really nice although i was at a drive thru and one of the staffs weren’t wearing their masks right i could see her nose and her mouth and there were two staffs with her who didn’t say anything about it. please respect the mandatory rules:

Traveling from out of town, stopped at this location twice this week. First time I paid extra for a raspberry shot in my iced coffee and did not receive it, second time paid extra for an espresso shot and did not receive it. Both were mobile orders and both took a long time to complete despite the store being empty.
