Been around this town all my life. This specific dairy queen is gone way downhill. Messed up orders long wait times and quite honestly the staff is quite rude. Tonight will be the last time I go there.

First off I waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru for someone to even acknowledge me. After I got my food, my fries tasted like plastic and weren’t even fully cooked. My burger though. Omg. The patty was still frozen, the bun was falling apart not toasted and it was just the most disgusting meal I have ever had. Super disappointed. Couldn’t eat any of it.
It’s going downhill fast . I suspect Wendi’s will close them down. This community is cliquey and once you’ve been shunned , it’s hard to claw back. Start by cleaning the place .
I'll give them five stars but I do have one big complaint and that is when I order a meal that comes with ice cream they always bring me my ice cream right away before any food is even close to being ready so I get them to put my ice cream in the freezer so it won't melt and I don't know why they do this here so I hope they all read this unless everyone else in town eats their ice cream first then their food??? No big deal if that's what you're in to cuz this town has good people and it's set up in a good way for traffic so you don't have a stop sign at every intersection and several traffic lights on main Street like Melfort does me idiots.
Worst dairy queen I've ever been to, blizzards are never mixed properly and usually have about half the toppings in them. Double cheese burgers only come with one slice of cheese and usually taste like they've been sitting out for hours. Normally dairy queen is my go to for fast food but dont think i can go back to this one.
Everytime I go to dairy queen, I ask for a strawberry banana milk shake. I've went about eight different times. They say they don't have any bananas. Then I saw a female go and I herd her ask for the same thing. The guys jumped on it right away. Who ever you have working in melfort is making you loose out on business.
Service is efficient and food us as expected. However, we were once deterred by finding a hair in our fries. But the staff were kind and understanding enough to make a fresh batch to apologize.
Good food. Order messed up and the dinning area needed cleaning when we sat down in an empty restaurant. To be fair when my husband asked a young woman if she would please change the garbage as it was overflowing at 4pm she did.
We were in Melfort for a basketball tournament and stopped in for supper on our way home. Excellent staff with fantastic service! It was pretty busy but the whole staff had a smile on and were very efficient. Thank you so much!
