Just been here for some takeout and when I got home I discovered this is what they class as large fries. Quite the difference from what's pictured on their signs. My advice is check your order before leaving the restaurant to make sure you are getting value for money as I shouldn't have bothered paying the extra for large as I certainly didn't get a large portion.
This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! I was there with some family members. I needed the mens room and found it on the 1st floor. As soon as I opened the door, the stench got me. Urine smell was burning the back of my throat and I had to get out of there! I went to speak to the manager, who's response was 'yes, I know. I'll send a cleaner to clean it'. Informed her it had gone way past that. I demanded that she locked the door until it was sorted. I also asked her if she was comfortable treating her customers like animals! To add insult to injury, our food came from the counter to 5 yards from the counter. Opened my burger and found it to be like warm. We all left as I couldn't be arsed to go back and complain again. Enter this establishment at your own risk. If you need the lave, take a gas mask with you! I won't ever go back there
I’m pretty sure I posted a review on here before, I just came back to edit it and noticed it’s gone, they must have had it removed. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the world I am actually bewildered, I watched someone lift a basket of chips out the fryer and put a fresh portion in my bag. Literally 5 minutes later they were stone cold and stale, this McDonald’s is honestly cursed please avoid.
Everything was good apart from the chips_; they were the most important part Then again , the McDonald’s truck went past us as we went out so I assume that it had restocked after we bought there . How outrageous ⊙v⊙!?!
Finally found strawberry milkshake here This branch is too good. Every item was available and was delivered within minutes. That's how fast food chains should work. Excellent Food: 5/5
Its a joke,,, they don’t know which food come with which sauce and every time you have to tell them chicken select come with sweet chilli last time the lady on the counter said you have to pay for sweet chilli and I tried to explain their menu to THEM Missing items is a part of their mission , they do their best to miss something on your takeout order
Unfortunately this is my local McDonald’s. Consistently bad food. Soggy chips. Old oil. Overcooked, stale burgers that taste like they’ve been sitting there for ages. No care in preparation. Management needs a shake up.
Keeps up to the standards of Mcdonald's. Loved the atmosphere and food. Great customer service and very helpful security.
I could see that my order was ready, but had to wait more than five minutes without being given it. When I asked for it the manager ? Tom refused to give it to me. I waited another five minutes and asked a female attendant to give me my order, and she picked it up. The manager shouted at her to put it down and not to give it to me. He was very rude and disrespectful both to me and to her in front of other customers. It was a very horrible experience.
Location of the establishment very good. Tiny friendly staff. Continuous and acceptable cleaning. Very fast service. And some bad points: They don't have table service, they forgot to put napkins, the saucer self-service machines weren't avalibles and the digital screen did not work properly and you could not receive payment receipt, and finally vegan food was required to pay for the full menu we had never seen this in any other MC Donald.
